Our Story

Baked with conviction.
Served with warmth.

The Bottom Line started with a simple belief: that the best things in life are made slowly, by hand, and shared generously. Our bakeshop sits on East Pleasant Street in the heart of Oconomowoc — a place where neighbors become regulars, and regulars become friends.

Every croissant is laminated at dawn. Every loaf of sourdough is fed, folded, and fermented with patience. Every cup of coffee is pulled with intention. We don't cut corners, because the bottom line is simple: if it's not worth doing right, it's not worth doing at all.

"The kind of place where you actually want to linger. The croissants alone are worth the drive — but it's the atmosphere that keeps you coming back."

— A regular, since day one
